Rehearsal Upgrade is an additional  $300 and can be added to any package below. 2 Hours Max time.

Rehearsal Coordination is included the Month Of Package only.

Partial Day of Coordination Package 

                                                                                                                                          Minimum Price: $1200  

                                

This package is set-up for the bride/family or couple that has everything set & planned whom need an experienced to hand over what you already have in place and execute on the day of.  This package includes up to 8 consecutive hours of service. The timeline is included in the package and you decide which 8 hours of your wedding you need assistance. Extra Hours billed at $175 per hour.

 

This package includes: Review of your Processional & Recessional.  This package can include these ranges of services - A Final Venue Walk Thru, Review of Banquet Event Order, Ceremony Reception and Cocktail Hour Coordination, Meeting with all of your vendors and directing them as needed onsite, distribute out any remaining payments and confirming all items are properly executed according to the plans we have discussed. In addition to the general listing lined in the Day Of Coordination Listing Services listed below.  Note: Rehearsal Coordination Not Included in this package and Assembly of Props Not Included

 

Signature Full Day Of Coordination 

                                                                                                                                         Minimum Price: $1800 

This package is set-up for the bride/family or couple that has planned all the main items of their wedding but require more hours onsite.for up to 12 hours total. Pink Swan will meet with you early as 60 days prior to the wedding date to finalize all the details and discuss the plan of action for your wedding day. This package are for couples who want to hand over all the details so we can manage everything for you including set-up and decoration service. Extra Hours billed at $175 per hour.

 

This package includes: Review & Guidance on the Processional & Recessional, (1) One onsite Final Venue Walk Thru (45 Minutes max), Review of Banquet Event Order or Catering Event Timeline of Services, Ceremony Reception and Cocktail Hour Coordination, (1) meeting to discuss all of the details of your wedding, Fully lined out master timeline that will be sent to all of your vendors, Meeting with all of your vendors and directing them as needed onsite, distribute out any remaining payments and confirming all items are properly executed according to the plans we have discussed. In addition to the general listing lined in the Day Of Coordination Listing Services listed below.   Note: Rehearsal Coordination Not Included in this package and Assembly of Props Not Included

             

Month of Coordination Package + Day Of Coordination

                                                                                                                                                                       Minimum Price: $2500 

This package is set-up for the bride/family or couple that needs a little more assistance with the wedding such as Rehearsal Coordination. Pink Swan will meet with you up early as 2-3 months prior to the wedding date to finalize all the details and discuss the plan of action for your wedding day. If your looking for set-up services or decoration services only, we have a vendor we can refer you.  This package are for couples who want to hand over all the details so we can manage everything for you including set-up and decoration service. Extra Hours billed at $175 per hour.

 

This package includes: A Final Venue Walk Thru, Review of Banquet Event Order or Catering Timeline, Ceremony, Reception and Cocktail Hour Coordination, One to One meeting to discuss all of the details of your wedding, Fully lined out timeline that will be sent to all of your vendors, Meeting with all of your vendors and directing them as needed onsite, distribute out any remaining payments and confirming all items are properly executed according to the plans we have discussed. Brief Overview of our Day Of Coordination Services

                                              

We coordinate weddings at various venues. We got you covered. This service is for those brides who want to do the planning on their own but need assistance on the day of the wedding, who have all the 

Pink Swan Events will work directly with all of your vendors before the event and offer assistance and advice in the weeks leading up to your wedding. We create a detailed timeline that maps out everything from when you are having your hair and makeup done to what time and how you are leaving your event. We leave no detail unaddressed. You will not be bombarded by questions, big or small because we will have provided everyone with the answers that they need in advance.

Here is a sample listing of services (these will be modified and customized at your final meeting):



  • Final Venue Walk Through

  • Full Rehearsal, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception Coordination

  • Contacting all your vendors upon hiring our services

  • Creation of a Detailed Wedding Timeline & Vendor Contact Sheet with detailed information

  • Confirming vendor commitments and timelines

  • Choreograph the bridal party's positions and roles during the wedding rehearsal.

  • Ensure that your personal items are displayed and distributed when necessary such as: guestbook, photos, champagne flutes, cake-cutter/knife, programs, favors,

  • Access to Consultant for related questions

  • Meet all vendors at venue on the day of wedding

  • Help manage the coordination of rings, marriage license issues, any last payment for vendors

  • Coordinate setup of ceremony and reception areas

  • Greet and direct guests to ceremony

  • Assist with the transition from ceremony to reception

  • Instruct ushers on their duties

  • Cake cutting and Departure

  • Ensure that all Gifts are brought to the proper suite room or vehicle

  • Assist in setup and takedown of light wedding/event décor. Décor items include but are not limited to centerpieces, place settings, tablecloths, candles, and flowers 

  • Walk-through at the end of the event to make sure no damage was done to the event venue. Ensure compliance with all event venue standards

  • Attendance at Final Fitting to Provide Bustling Assistance

  • Assistance with Photography Shot List

  • Bridal emergency and first-aid kit on hand
