Are you on a tight budget and planning a wedding on your own? Just need a little assistance to put those final touches on your wedding or maybe you don't have much family/friend assistance with your wedding. This plan is perfect if you don't quite need full day of coordination services and you already have your own timeline of events in place.

We appreciate no event is exactly the same, so this would be the most customizable option. We can help you from start to finish, or jump in at any phase of planning in between. Extra Fees are determined based on the level of service, location, travel fees, event length and event size. Travel fees will apply for extra meetings.

The WedAssist Package includes items such as:
Assisting with and overseeing the correct set-up of the ceremony and reception site(s). 
Plus pre-wedding assistance with wedding errands, help with choosing color palettes
Assembling guest favors to setting your tables at the reception
Return items after your wedding (travel fees will apply depending on mileage, ask about this)
Collect rentals or linens and give them to the appropriate person
Usher guests to their seats or help a family member
Being available to wedding guests to answer their questions and assist them as needed 
Directing guests to appropriate areas as needed throughout the evening (i.e. washroom, exits, parking, bar, etc.) 
Assisting vendors with their set-up by being close at hand to answer questions with regards to product placement 
Being a resource to the Bride & Groom with regards to what's happening next in the schedule 
Overseeing and assisting with set up and take down of wedding decor items (centerpieces, place settings, tablecloths, candles, flowers linens, charger plates, escort cards, place cards, favors, chair covers, etc.)(We are not a breakdown service with tools or trucks)
Maintaining the schedule and coordinating the timeline for all special events throughout the reception 
Walk-through at the end of the event to make sure no damage was done to the event venue

Ensure compliance with all event venue standards
Ensure that all Gifts are brought to the proper suite room or vehicle
Meet all vendors at venue on the day of wedding
Trouble-shooting and be your eyes/ears while you busy getting your make-up done

The Wedding Assistant Services does not include:
Rehearsal Coordination or Intensive Wedding Planning Services
Creating your Timeline of Events 
Carrying or assembling items 40 pounds or more
Cleaning up your event or breaking down your tables
Assembling large items that requires ladders
Breaking down of tables or loading any trucks
Transportation of animals or driving any loading trucks

Serving of food or beverages to your guests
